Continental Construction of Ohio was founded in 2018 by Jon Hefner, an Ohio native with 25+ years of construction experience and a passion for building interesting, unique, sustainable structures that our customers are proud of.
Headquartered in the city of Akron, Continental Construction of Ohio offers our customers a local alternative to the large, often impersonal, corporate construction management firms in the area. You will have direct access to Jon Hefner, President, throughout the entire project life cycle. No middleman. Nothing lost in translation. No corporate politics. Just a dedicated leader who is accountable and present on your project.

President
With more than 20 years of experience in Construction, Corporate Real Estate and as an Owner Representative, Jon Hefner has successfully managed construction projects with budgets ranging from tens of thousands to over one hundred million dollars. Mr. Hefner has built a reputation on trust among his clients and throughout the local trade community and he understands the importance of building the right team for each project.
